Team Brain Health participated in the annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s event in Las Vegas on Saturday November 7, 2020. Groups walked locally and participated in virtual events throughout the day. With the help of generous donors and team members from NV, NY, FL, and CA, Team Brain Health was the top fundraising team for Las Vegas, raising a total of $7,990! We would like to thank everyone for their support and participation as we honor the people in our lives touched by this disease and raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care and research.
The Chambers-Grundy Center for Transformative Neuroscience 2020
The UNLV Department of Brain Health has formally launched the Chambers-Grundy Center for Transformative Neuroscience, offering hope through scientific discovery for patients who are suffering from Alzheimer’s, dementia and other brain and neurological diseases.

Society for Neuroscience convention 2019
The Society for Neuroscience (SfN) is a professional society, headquartered in Washington, DC, for scientists and physicians around the world whose research is focused on the study of the brain and nervous system. It is consistently one of the largest scientific conferences in the world! Members of the Cellular and Molecular Brain Research Laboratory presented their research during the 49th annual meeting.
